PRICING/FEES:

My session fees are: $175 per 50 minute session

I am not in-network with insurance providers. However, you may be eligible to use your out-of-network benefits through your insurance provider to receive reimbursement for our sessions.

I am happy to provide you with a document called a “super bill” which you can submit to your insurance company in order to be reimbursed.

Many PPO plans provide coverage for out-of-network mental health services. However I cannot guarantee reimbursement so it is important that you contact your insurance provider to see whether you have out-of-network benefits.

If you have an HSA or FSA card, you can use this as a form of payment for our sessions!

Yes, absolutely! If you have an HSA or FSA, I can accept both of these as forms of payment for our sessions

How do I find out if I have out-of-network benefits?

Here are some questions you can ask your insurance provider. Call the number on the back of your insurance card:

  1. Do I have out-of-network benefits with my insurance policy?

  2. Does it cover mental health therapy services?

  3. Do I have to meet a deductible first? If so, how much is my out-of-network deductible?

  4. How much would I get reimbursed for my therapy sessions (i.e. 80%)

  5. How long would it take me to get reimbursed?

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel our session.

My fee for a missed session, no-show, or late cancellation is the full fee if we cannot find another day/time to meet that same week.

How frequently would we have sessions?

We will meet for online sessions either weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs, preferences, and schedule availability. We will discuss this together to determine what works best for you!
