I struggled off and on with anxiety since I was a child. I used to call myself a “big ball of anxiety” because I would be anxious and worried about every little thing.

I knew early on that I wanted to help as many people as I possibly could so that they don’t have to suffer from anxiety anymore and to live the life that they were always meant to have.

And I would be honored to work with you so that you can create this new life for yourself!

My Story

I’ve been where you are…

I’M A THERAPIST WHO HAS HAD ANXIETY

I struggled with anxiety for over 20 years of my life including generalized anxiety disorder, health anxiety, panic attacks, and OCD.

It was something I kept mostly hidden from anyone that knew me. I just wanted to seem “normal” to the outside world.

I tried to deal with it on my own but I knew I couldn’t keep living like this. Because I wasn’t actually living, I was just surviving. And I knew there had to be another way out of this cycle.

I used to feel completely stuck with anxiety. It felt like it was just part of me and my identity. “I’m just an anxious person”. This is what I always told myself and I believed it. It held me back from doing the things I really wanted to do and from being the person I wanted to be.

Anxiety used to keep me in this safety “bubble” that I was afraid to step out of. I was too scared to see what was actually on the other side of it.

But one day I finally decided that enough was enough! I worked on recovering from anxiety and redefining who I was outside of anxiety.

I gradually healed my relationship with anxiety and took steps outside of my comfort zone. This gave me a new sense of freedom and confidence that I didn’t think was possible

And ever since then I made it my mission to help hundreds of women do the exact same.

I want you to experience more peace and joy in your own life and break free from the chains of anxiety FOR GOOD! You deserve to have freedom.

My Approach

I want to help you gain the essential tools and strategies to change your underlying anxious thoughts and behaviors that are keeping you stuck in this cycle, so that you can move towards peace and freedom once again.

Your situation is unique and this is why I don’t like to do a cookie-cutter approach. Most approaches are only focused on teaching you how to cope with or manage your symptoms which only puts a band-aid fix to the problem.

But we are going to dig deeper to address the root of the problem so that you can get out of this spiral and take back control of your life.

My approach is about getting you to a place where you can feel more empowered over your anxiety and gain confidence in yourself.

It’s about changing your relationship with anxiety so that you no longer keep going to battle with it and fighting against it.

It’s about changing the way you respond to physical symptoms and sensations so that you no longer fear them anymore (and ultimately the symptoms have a chance to go away).

It’s about using a different approach that helps you get the relief that you want and need from anxiety, once and for all!
